Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a security deposit of 20% of the rental to be paid within one week of your booking request. The rental cost is payable by cheque or bank transfer four weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within four weeks of arrival we require full payment along with the security deposit at the time of your booking request
